Might be an idea to wait until the ATSB finish their numerous investigations for repeated approach failures at OOL, an AOC may not be forthcoming in the interim.
 
I don't think the Australian market can legitimately sustain 3 cut-price carriers going at it.

If they come in, you would have thought DJ would have to get some serious business traffic on board before hand, because a new LCC does not bode well for them.

Neither QF, but at least they do have the business traffic.

I agree. I cannot see them being given an AOC unless they change things a lot.
