Have a Prepaid SIM to send to the first requester for use in New Caledonia.
A few things to note:
* Liberte SIM from the Mobilis network (well, the only one there anyway)
* Has credit of about XPF 1,500
* Daily data is XPF 400
* The network does not support VoIP
* Expires: August 2018 (sorry, do not remember the exact date)
