Looks like only free trolley, the wifi and charging of devices are also for "all airport guests"

Flying out tomorrow so may grab the trolley though

I tried to get a trolley on 21 June after reading the (small) sign on the trolly payment stand, but it didn't like/recognise my AMEX card.

I've not had opportunity to use trolley. I shall use it this weekend and see if Amex card works.
