New animal-friendly airline Pet Airways a hit

I thought certain US airlines were already pet-friendly.

A few years ago I was in row 3 on an AA flight (front row of F) when a young guy next to me jumped on with his black Labrador. He wasn't a seeing-eye dog, and the bloke wasn't disabled...he was just moving house and asked to take his dog on-board!

It was a decent length flight (DFW-LAX from memory), and the dog was very well-behaved. I love dogs so I didn't have a problem with it, but still, it was pretty interesting to see. :)

Cheers,
- Febs.
