New Amex statement credits

has anyone sworn they had an offer
and done the spend and then been told it was not on the offers page.
the problem it is disappears once the spend is done!!
looks like we will have to do screen shots of every offer now
it was the regent one so was 500 back so its a bit hard to take
I asked them to move it to another card but they would not

No, they usually show as “Redeemed” or something like that.

only 10% for credit cards though. But look at the AmEx ad trying to convince me to transfer. Can we use Velocity points to fly private now? And why he need headphones?
