I haven't. I've still got a few Qantas vouchers from previous offers and haven't used then as I've been making reward books lately.

I haven't yet but on the previous offer I did and the credit posted fine.

Qantas does not charge a card payment fee on gift voucher purchases or redemptions.

A classic workaround ��. There are some bear traps-the main one being you can only use it for the number of pax you buy for (i.e can't use a GC for one to buy a pair of tickets and vice versa).

I note it says you can only use one gift voucher per redemption payment. I gather then you need to know your requirements in advance to make best use.

The catch is any shortfall is paid by CC which incurs the full fee. There's always a catch.

Yes, but even with a $50 voucher, QF do not charge a CC fee on the remainder

I received these offers this morning on my new Platinum Charge. They are titled as 'Welcome Offers' so I assumed they were very targeted.

I got these two when I first activated my Qantas Ultimate card just over a month ago, and both were indeed flagged as welcome offers so I suspect they are only offered for newly activated cards.

Whenever I see Woolworths offers like that, I immediately think of introductory offers. Pretty sure I got them on my cards when I first got them. At least one of them.
Unfortunately no more offers on any of my cards ;(

Has worked in the past buying gift vouchers. Basically any Qantas spend not just flights.

I have an international qantas award booking I need to make next week. I was cursing the end date of the Amex qantas offer, but does anyone know (apologies for going off topic) if I can use a qantas voucher for taxes on an award booking?
