Didn't get any on our QF ultimate or supps. However, have had and used the JB, VC and FC offers on these cards previously so perhaps that's an exclusion factor

Often the VC/FC/LL offers come back some weeks later, kind of like as 'second chance' if you missed out the first time. I've always found that when I saved and used the offer the first time, I don't ever see the same offer again shortly after (but do get the offer later when a 'new' offer comes out). YMMV.

Just a reminder to everyone that:

The Mycar deal isn't terrible if you need a new set of tyres - the prices listed on their site are expensive but they will also pricebeat stores within 30km, and offer 1 flybuys point per dollar.

I used them in January and had no issues getting the Broadway NSW store to match Tempe Tyres.

Only appeared on my primary Explorer. Special sells a range of multi-brand digital gift cards. The 'Super Shopper' one can be used at supermarkets (ahem) and most other major retailers. I've had one of these before and it worked fine. My strategy was to use it for spends at Woolworths, given my gift card needs for Coles were well and truly covered, haha.

They are great, can be used in many places but my strategy is exactly the same as yours. Got too many Coles / Myer GCs lately from various promos while my Woolworths / Wish GCs almost run out. In fact I’m currently using Special from last Amex promo and indeed they work fine and convenient once saved on ApplePay.

Shop Small this year is really disappointing. Yesterday the Amex AU website even put a new banner picture to advertise Shop Small, but apparently linked to the wrong URL on the New Zealand site. Strangely when you enrol each and every card on that page you can still receive confirmation emails. A terrible mistake that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
