If it is not on Amex Connect there is no manual link. I would recommend checking back with Amex Connect later.
 
CW is a great deal, got it on Edge and Explorer, inc supps, will be maxed by late morning, even with 25000 up for grabs.
 
Fast. These offers are getting much more popular. Used to be they just quietly went by with hardly any attention.

I've always found it a bit odd that it won't be listed in the app or online account but if you can find the link and manually type in your card number it'll get added to the account just fine.
Sort of "targeting-lite".

Is it fair to say that if it's not Amexconnect, ie it's a targetted offer, a manual link can't be generated?

A good way to pick up some discounted Luxury Escapes credit at a discount (probably the only way to get discounts on LE apart from an AmEx LE offer). You can then add this credit into your LE account and pick up some stays at some really nice resorts as and when they become available.
You can also stack this with cashback when redeeming, for a double discount.
I've got ~$5600 in my LE account already, from the previous LE promo. Heading to Europe this December so am constantly checking the offers in that region to make for a very nice trip!
