Here's an outline link,
http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story/0,25197,24506487-643,00.html

It's not the full story, but l read dirrect from the new mag this am and can't find the full link on the site.

I did enjoy reading how he got the job, seems his employment ruffled a few feathers.
His number one priority he say's is the staff/management relations. He want's to make everything all better again (I think he's got buckleys chance)
Seems he want's make amends for Dixons brash style and re-engage the coal face. "Morale has suffered" he recon's
He also said,
J* to Paris, Rome & Athens "that day is coming" soon.........

I agree that it will not be easy but if he succeeds we all may benefit by getting better service.

I think most people had an idea that Rome and Athens would be one of the first JQ routes into Europe. The big question is whether they can be successful. In my opinion JQ will struggle considering they will have to compete with full service carriers SQ and TG on the same routes with not a great deal of difference in airfares.
