Interesting concept, with the card combining:
  • traditional Frequent flyer program card
  • prepaid Debit Mastercard (Electronic transactions only) with Paypass
  • Travelmoney Card with up to four different currencies
  • Flybuys New Zealand
The problem is the card looks a bit "cluttered" from a visual design perspective. You'll spend half your time working out which 'face' of the card to use for the transaction you want, specially with the magstripe positioned along the bottom edge of the card.

And from a feature set perspective, are there really going to be people who'll want to or will use more than two of the card's features? While having as many features as possible to make it a card more likely to stay in your main wallet, it's a little too cluttered in this regard as well.

The magstripe on the bottom of the card is also on the opposing side where the signature is. Now not withstanding the Mastercard card number isn't raised thus not able to be used for offline transactions, the positioning of the signature panel in the swipe area will lead to greater wear and tear - thus necessitating more frequent replacement.

It's a good idea, but I'm not convinced on the execution.
