need connection time advice

first time flying international with qantas in May 2011 from Melbourne to Atlanta via Dallas Fort Worth My flights are Mel - Lax 93, Lax-Dfw 3202, Dfw-Atl 4717
returning Atl-dfw 4706, Dfw - Lax 3110, Lax-Mel 94. (USA leg codeshare with AA)

Now for my question
Do I have enough time for usa connections or should I speak to Qantas and get later connection flights. I dont want to be rushing from gate to gate.

i know this is so far in advance, but i like to be organised...

If you could put you arrival and departure times in as well then that would save every person who might like to answer your query from looking them up individually.

In additions to Bill's advice are your flights all on the one PNR?

Is it important you get to Atlanta at specified time?

oops sorry, re times....
this is what it says on my eticket
melb 93 departs 10.10am arrive lax 7.30AM
LAX 3202 departs 9.45AM arrives DFW 2.50pm
DFW 4717 departs 3.45pm arrives ATL 7pm

ATL 4706 departs 5.55PM arrives DFW 7.20pm
DFW 3110 departs 8.25PM arrives LAX 9.45PM

my real concern is lax/dwf part of trip,
on qantas timetable is has
lax/dwf 10.05am arrives 3.03pm
dwf/atl 3.45pm arrives 6.50pm

just wondering if this is enough time to connect,? or am i worrying to much...lol

2¼ hours is a doable LAX TBIT to T4 connection.

Immigration should take no more than an hour, T4 is a 2 minute walk from TBIT landside.
Another 5-20 minutes fro T4 security

Your DFW connection is more interesting; the ATL flight boards at 3:15 so that gives 25 minutes. Depending upon the gate allocated It can take between 1 and 20 minutes to get between gates.
