In this case, it appears that it was not SQ at fault here.

I'd hope that the KE aircraft who incurred on the runway has a very good explanation otherwise expecting a rightful thrashing for that; of course, this is Korea and the airline in question is a powerful, family-based company who could probably easily get away with murder. If not them, then perhaps ATC has a big case to answer.
