Narita Lounges for QF Platinum

Hi, Sorry if this has been addressed before. I am travelling back to Aus on Qantas and both Mrs Rhino and I are QF Platinums. Can anyone please advise which are the best lounges to use? Can we gain access to any First Lounges? It would be great to have a shower and relax before the overnight to Sydney, especially as we have to checkout of the hotel around noon.

I've heard a few times that JAL operates an F lounge with an amazing whisky bar, but don't know of the hours.

That said, it wasn't hard (no offence) to type "qantas lounges" into Google, which lead me to a page where I found the lounges available in Tokyo: Lounge Locations | Japan | Tokyo Narita International Airport | International Business (I know that says international business, but there are F spaces, CX probably has one too I'd expect).

Go to JAL F lounge, it's very good!
Great sake on offer and last time I was there they had JW Green and other good spirits.
I can't remember much else from this lounge for some reason...
