Name on Qantas FF mybooking

Just joined this community hoping it will ease a worry I have and my apologies if this has been asked before.


I recently made a booking at Flight Centre in Sydney for a Business Class flight from Singapore to London then back from Rome to Singapore on Qatar airlines. When I checked my Qantas Frequent Flyer My Bookings my name appears as Mr Glennmr Surname . The addition of mr following my first name bothers me. Will it be an issue on an international flight ? Or a simple GDS translation issue ? Bookings I have made by myself have never had the mr appear after my first name.

Happens sometimes. Shouldn't be a problem.

Won't be a problem.

Mine usually has 'Dr' instead of 'Mr'.

Thanks for the reassurance ! Checked with Flight Centre and told it is common and no need to worry. Also, as it appears in QFF My Bookings along with with my correct QFF number it should not be a drama.

I have had and known several instances of this - never been a problem. It is very annoying though and I understand your concern.
