Met my $1000 requirement just after the 2 weeks statement. Still haven't received bonus points yet.

Anyone apply for this recently? Keep getting the following error at the start after the pre-fill:

Tried across different browsers and with extensions turned off and on wifi as well as mobile. Googling only turned up 2 other comments on ozbargain from back in 21 and 23.

I had the same error (am an existing customer). I called up NAB. They weren't able to manually kick off an application over the phone because this offer is an online only offer. I was put on hold for a few minutes and they ended up fixing some customer behind the scenes. After the 'data fix' I was able to progress after the pre-fill acknowledgement. I suspect the data updates included removing duplicate phone numbers/re-keying in my personal/TFN information.

Does the auto-sweep happen every Monday? I've had my points dumped into my account but I wanted to make sure they were transferred in October (to make sure I'm satisfying the conditions for the 20,000 bonus points promo VA were running) so I paused it over the weekend.

The other question is: does it even matter if I'm doing auto-sweep or not? I'm assuming I can just transfer the points manually and it will trigger Velocity's bonus.

Emails from NAB said it happens on the last Sunday of every month.

Well the t&c seem to stipulate that it must be done by auto-transfer, whether their system is actually that strict about it is another matter so will need someone who got the bonus from a manual transfer to verify.

Side note, with the Citi cards I chose not to auto sweep to velocity, just never activated the auto sweep. My preference was to get my Citi points to another FFProgram.
