Value wise, a basic NAB QF card is better where it will reward you with 10K QF points, for an annual fee of $65.00 ... that's 0.65c per point. Tempting to sign up just for the points only.

I did and got +1 to do the same - $65 for 10,000 pts is a pretty good deal me thinks

Made a last min application for the base card here ($65 annual fee) for me + the boss. Allowing time for processing and to receive the card by Sep 30 cutting it fairly fine. But if the card arrives after Sep 30 I'll simply cancel them both upfront. All the processing seems to be done by NABs Indian call centre. Yet to speak with an Aussie.
