Going to the 40K pts and 0 annual fee link did anybody else see the following in the online application:

If you look for the condition for the $250 it says: [SUP]1[/SUP] The annual card fee is currently waived for your first year. NAB may vary this waiver at it's discretion.

FWIW there are two offers with the premium card atm:

20k bonus, $250 annual fee and 0% on balance transfers and purchases for 12 months.
Credit card affiliate - Qantas Rewards Premium - NAB

40k bonus and no annual fee for the first year.
Credit card affiliate - Qantas Rewards Premium - NAB

To get the bonus, the conditions for both are: apply by 19 April 2015 and make a purchase within 90 days.

No. The card is specifically Qantas labelled.

Got mine today, spent a couple of dollars so here comes 40000 points. Instead of cancelling I will ask for the QFF credit limit to be rolled into my VFF card in a few months.

I also got my 40000 QFF points today. I am impressed with NAB with the smooth transaction Now I need to pay my bill and then make sure there is a $0 balance then will cancel....Not sure what to tell them the reason...

Good to see that points are coming through quickly. My credit score has taken a bit of a hammering (AMEX, ANZ, St George) and won't be applying until April so good to see I won't have to wait until July-August like some others.

My 40k points arrived today. I applied for the card on 21st January and my spend would have been within a week of that. Interestingly my first statement points arrived on 6th Feb. Usually there's a monthly sweep to your QF account from credit card providers but NAB may be an exception. Having paid the previous statement my account has now been cancelled.
