Mrs Ralph and I both got cards at the same time. Mine landed within 2 weeks of opening accounts. Mrs Ralphs's still haven't arrived 8 weeks after opening.

How strange! To be honest I was kinda hoping they would plonk in my account today, given the history of others getting theirs on the 18th, and today being the first business day afterwards.

I will wait another week before I give them a call, and will keep y'all updated ^^

Patience has never been a strong trait of mine :/

Bugger! Just got a call saying that I wasn't approved for the Premium but only the standard card (20k bonus instead of 40k) - I assume because of how many applications I've pushed through this year. I requested that it be reviewed so hopefully they don't then come back and decline me for everything!

20,000 is better than nothing. Suggest you take it. Get the points and cancel immediately. NAB has a good history of distributing the points very quickly for most people. I've received 1 x 20,000 and 1 x 40,000 from them in the past 4 months via 2 separate applications.

Well just got the 1/2 tree of documentation and pin number..... Anyways amazed by the SMALL limit they gave me..... Like how am I going to abuse the system with BT when limit is under 10k!!!!!

Prior to this card, I already had a combined credit limit of $32K, and for the use that this card will see, $6k (the minimum) is plenty. So that's all that I asked for.

The cards arrived in the mail today. NAB certainly don't stuff around. :)

Living life on the edge paid off; just got a call confirming they'll provide the Premium account.

received my latest statement in the post yesterday and there was no mention of the reduced earn from 1st/5th(?) May from a certain body.

does anyone have a link to the latest T&C's on the website?

bonus points have posted for me today. opened the card early march, first spend late march.

this is my first churn and burn card since they cut our government friend, and reduced the rewards to $50k/month.

any specific amount of time I should wait before cancelling?

If this is your first time, I wouldn't wait at all. Go for the next one straight away.

Mrs Ralph's appeared today. 11 weeks after opening. No idea why the time delay for the awarding of the points for the two different accounts.

Agree. They are easy to deal with during the application process. Kinda makes me feel a little guilty taking their points and moving on so quickly - especially as it's now the 3rd time I've done the same to them in the last 9 months!
