Has anyone had this before?

Today I received four separate entries in my QFF account called "Loyalty Bonus Offer". Activity date on all four is 24 Nov 2023, with 0 frequent flyer points and 0 status credits attached. No other description or notification.

No I thought the status credits may have expired immediately if your anniversary were October

No, my status credits expired on the last day in December. No additional vouchers in Points Club either. Will keep an eye out if anything gets added to the entries.

Those line items have now disappeared from my account.

However, this morning I got a "Congratulations, you are now a Lifetime Silver member" email, something I qualified for over a decade ago!

Along with a flight that’s showing zero SC.

I’m still chasing them for SC from Feb.

It’s frustrating and exhausting.
