One of the local TV stations here in Boston just ran a news article on theft from baggage at Boston.

They showed TSA personnel going through bags, one of which looked familiar. My Rimowa Lufthansa signature edition. OK so you say how can I tell?

Firstly I know it very well, and I know where the dents and scratches are, and the bright blue security stickers they stick on your case in Moscow (where I go frequently) stand out pretty well.

I also found one of those TSA leaflets in it on Monday when I got home after flying in from the UK.

Beats being on one of those border security shows being quizzed by Customs!

I think that would depend on the percentage.

I can see it now, something along the lines of "A weekend at Bernies".

Rimowa is very famous brand in Asia. Seems not well known in Australia.

When I bring my aluminium Rimowa topas cases on the taxi.
He ask me ....why you need aluminium case.
Is something valuable inside the case?
