Many Champagne Lovers / Consumers here - so here is your chance to win an annual prize of an unopened bottle of Krug - courtesy of cove's cellar - awarded to cheapest / best value bottle of Champagne purchased and consumed in a restaurant by an AFF member each year anywhere in the world.

Competition to be judged by an eminent panel of AFF Members - yet to be determined - at an AFF approved and sanctioned gathering - yet to be determined - at a suitable time and date - yet to be determined.

Conditions of Entry:
1. Date and location of Champagne purchase
2; Pictorial evidence of AFF Member with Champagne entry in hand.
3. Pictorial evidence of Bill for said Champagne.
4. Pictorial evidence of pricing in Australian Dollars.

Note: Judges decision will be final - ALL Labels will be considered - clearly weighing for differing label pricing will be integral in judging decision.

In Event of a Tie: Should judges be unable to split 2 or more cheapest / best value entries then overall prize will be awarded via a 'Drink Off' between the respective competing AFF members.

Conditions of Drink Off: Drink Off to be judged by an eminent panel of AFF Members - yet to be determined - at an AFF approved and sanctioned gathering - yet to be determined - at a suitable time and date - yet to be determined.

I'm going to break all the rules here just to annoy Cruiser :p I am going to do that thing that drives everyone crazy but Cruiser will forgive me cause we are BFFs :)
A few years ago we had a bottle of Dom for under $200 (I think it was USD180) at a restaurant in Washington DC..
No of course I can't remember the name of the restaurant, have no photographic evidence, and I don't meet any of the requirements of this post.. I just like listening to the sound of my own keyboard :p;):)
