My Bookings

When I log into My Bookings under Upcoming Bookings it only has bookings up until the 16 April. There are 5 bookings listed which are all correct. I have other bookings for May and June that I booked in December that are not there. Is this normal? I am reasonably new to Velocity. Have never had this many bookings at one time? Is there any way to see my other bookings? Thanks.

Was your Velocity membership number recorded for the other bookings? If not, you can still access them using the reservation number...

I too can also only see five when I log in. The five include flights booked with my points under other peoples names. The additional flights only seem to be able to be viewed using the booking reference number.

Also noticed this recently, there used to be a button at the bottom of the screen that you could click to see all your bookings, this seems to be gone now and I can only see 5.
Hope it's a glitch and they get it sorted out - not holding my breath though!

Ditto all that is said.... Frustrating having to go back and punch in PNRs for bookings in afew months time, first having to find the reference in the first place...

Same applies to me. I have a number of flights booked past the 5 shown under my bookings when checking with my Velocity number. Until a month ago, I was able to click show more and they would all appear. Not so now. I emailed Velocity about it and the response was some generic reply about using my booking number to view existing bookings. The response failed to answer my direct question of why I no longer can view them all "under my bookings" as I was able to previously.

Hopefully the function is returned soon.

I have the same issue , can only see 2 bookings up until April and I have about 10 others booked. I rang The Plat team who could see all my other booking and wondered what I was on about. So I guess they are all there but the glitch has not been fixed. I was going to log in this week to check it was fixed and now this thread. Also just checked and 10 other flights still missing.

I only have 3 bookings and is showing all 3 bookings with the 3rd booking on 02 May.

I've only been able to see my domestic booking for this month, and an international booking for May. My international booking for later in the year won't show, even if I search for the pnr.... Although it seems to have fixed itself now.
