My Bookings Query

G'day Guys!

Does anyone know if there is a maximum amount of flights that my bookings can show on the QF website? Currently it won't seem to add my last booking even though the lady on the phone told me my QFF number is in there and it should be showing. Also some flight credits aren't showing even though they've been emailed to me. I can go into the bookings and credits by typing in the details into manage my booking so they are definitely there.

Oh I wish I had that problem. Only have four at the moment.

On a serious note, can you search for flights by their PNR?

How many booking can you see? In my account I can see 27 separate bookings that total 30 flights. There are 2 that I cannot see however these are rewards flights on JL.

I can see 30 flights under 21 difference booking references. I thought reward flights even on a different carrier usually showed up from my memory of the good ole international travel era.

And just this minute i was emailed another flight credit voucher, yet it is also not showing up under the my bookings tab. Wonder if 30 is the limit?

I am pretty sure the rewards flights are displayed, my 2 JL just happen to no. 31 and 32 in date order.

The PNR is just the reference no. enter it in manage booking with your family name and the details should come up.

I've noticed this too. I have about 30 flight sectors showing up under My Bookings and it seems some of them have been pruned and some of my flight credits are no longer appearing as well.

I am seeing a limit of 30 items as well on the website made up of flight sectors, car and hotel bookings. I can see all my bookings in the app by continuously clicking the Load More button.

Good news....not sure if it changed a while ago or recently, but I can now see all 48 bookings of mine in the my bookings tab. Seems the limit has been removed! (Wonder if it was my suggestion to the IT team that I emailed in?...probably more likely they were going to fix it anyway)

Not so good news, now I can see all the flights I have to move or cancel.
