My My Bookings has been down since this morning.. Just wondering if it's only me?
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
Well this is annoying.. Mine still aren't working![]()
It's been broken since yesterday for me. "Our system cannot retrieve your booking. Please check that the information you have entered in correct."
Ditto Lizzi. Glad it's not just me!
I've spoken to Velocity Gold about it.. They informed me that "it's been an issue since our switchover". So I told them that that's not the issue, that My Bookings has been working for me for the last month or so. He logged the issue.
Just to keep everyone updated... My My Bookings worked this morning... ONCE.. And now isn't again.
Let's blame Sabre......
Yes - someone is fiddling around today. They have managed to make the Velocity retro-claim tool actually work (for me at least), and it looks like Virgin Bart may be able to see his own VA bookings again on the VA web site. When was the last time you could successfully use My Bookings Virgin Bart ?
