My benefits - Virgin Credit Card??

I have gone from temporarily unavailable to blank. There is nothing in the column next to Virgin Credit Card

Ditto. Though on the plus side logging into my account now is lightning fast (compared to before anyhow) so definitely that was the issue.

Looks like this has been sorted out now. Just logged in and now it shows 0 remaining (which is correct) and also lists the flights (pre Sabre) that the 2 for 1 redemptions were used on.

New terms and conditions are up. Defines sector. States available on saver lite etc. But not sale fares. States no extra taxes for the passenger, ie 50% of one fare each.

Ohh... Pretty. I have 4 remaining twofers and my card just arrived in the post. Now I just need to pass go and collect my 30,000 points.

I had a positive experience with this card. I applied one morning, and was telephoned within an hour to confirm receipt and to be told the only thing needed was confirmation of income. I was in a meeting and asked to be called back at 3pm - not expecting it at all but was pleasantly surprised to receive the call on time, as requested. Pay details were confirmed with a conference call to HR, and email confirmation of approval followed by COB. Card arrived in the next 2-3 days. Altogether a smooth and seamless experience.

All references to my Virgin Flyer Card have disappeared from my My Benefits page despite it appearing on my main VFF page.

Just checked My Benefits page and my flights are there, despite not being on the main page. I take it you get status credits if you use the card for a flight?

I never recall seeing them on My Benefits page. The number in Velocity also doesn't show up. Hopefully will not be an issue when booking flights.
