Just wondering if I missed this being reported either here or on "no news.com.au" ? probably would have been if QF had been involved.
Incident: Tiger Airways A320 near Canberra on Aug 5th 2009, multiple warnings

The crew of a Tiger Airways Australia Airbus A320-200, registration VH-VND performing flight TT-582 from Melbourne,VI to Mackay,QL (Australia), decided to divert to Canberra,AC (Australia) after multiple warning messages occured during cruise flight. The airplane landed safely.

The ATSB rated the occurrence a serious incident and have opened an investigation.

A replacement aircraft continued the trip to Mackay and arrived with a delay of 6:15 hours

Apologies if this has been reported and I missed it :!:

Doesn't seem like there is a great deal to be concerned about and they probably did the right thing by diverting but I do find it interesting that it wasn't reported in the mainstream media ,especially considering there was a substantial delay to the passengers.
