Short answer is Yes but you'll often find that only one room will be credited but if you ring HHonors, they'll correct it for you. I once booked 5 rooms and was told the max they'll credit is 2 rooms but I couldn't find anything on their T&Cs about this.

You can earn points on both rooms but only stay credits for one. Both rooms must be put on one folio and paid for by the Hilton member. You are requested to advise hotel of requiring one folio at check in. A few other quirks. Can be googled up on Hilton site.
