Multi City - Sydney to Zargreb & Istanbul to Sydney 2025

Hello members. Seeking any suggestions for my flights next year to Croatia and Turkey please.
I have a lot of Qantas points to use and would like to fly business or premium economy if possible.
15/05/2025 Sydney to Zagreb then return 16/06/2025 Istanbul to Sydney.
Any suggestions on least layover and best routes will be appreciated.

Welcome to AFF @Beth . Qantas PER-FCO would seem to be a good route to get to Zagreb - no idea about availability though sorry.

Home from Istanbul and Qantas points looks like an Emirates flight via edit: Dubai.
