I'm trying to book a fare for travel to SGN and KUL, ex CBR,
CBR-VA-xMEL-MH-xKUL-MH-SGN
SGN-MH-KUL
KUL-MH-xMEL-VA-CBR

and have found a perfectly good fare which allows this (MH fare ZBT3MAU)

The MH site doesn't recognise CBR as a valid city, even though this fare is published for CBR-MEL-KUL-SGN-vv.

If I try Expedia, Travelocity and a couple of others, I get stupidly expensive fares, as they don't seem to search VA flights. Expedia will do this on QF flights for CBR-MEL and MEL-CBR, but on the flights I want, QF doesn't have business (I) availability, and so, books into Y. VA has plenty of I availability. This fare allows CBR-MEL MEL-CBR on either QF or VA.

Has anyone come across an online booking engine that will handle this combination? If not, I guess it's off to a bricks and mortar shop :(

I just recently did the same with bestflights.com.au.

I had found a decent EK MEL-KUL and then MH KUL-MNL, but couldn't book the particular codes I needed to get FF points. Rang up bestflights and got them to book it and it worked a treat. Love using ITA Matrix to find all the available alternatives.
