Moving between thread pages on android app.

I use the app extensively, so do seem to find all sorts of oddities with it.

In the recent update, I suspect changing pages in a thread has been broken.

You can still change pages via the top set of buttons but the bottom set of buttons tend to be greyed out for moving forward.

Basically it seems top buttons mainly are for moving forwards and bottom set only move backwards.

Anyone else seeing this?

I'm getting that as well on the Android App.

Design feature it is then! Glad you could reproduce the feature though.

only happens in some cases. try going to the end of a thread, go back one page and see if it occurs there.

(that's only from memory... app currently doing it's can't connect to forum trick ATM)

I do have that problem since the last update. Luckily, the ability to choose a page is there.

I wouldn't dismiss it as a design feature.

Ok.it happens in reverse as well. Get to the end page and the page forward buttons are not greyed out. After ssome experimenting, it seems the bottom arrows to go to the next page stay the same as when you enter the thread. They don't grey out if you get to the last page. Or if you enter on the last page and go back, they stay greued out.

Still cant replicate the problem - if last page has grey bottom right arrow and I go back one page the bottom right arrow is now dark.

If I enter a thread where there are new posts on more that one page, the bottom right arrow is sensitive (dark), move to last page and it's now grey. Go back one and it's dark again.

I'm using a Galaxy S2 with Gingerbread.

Seems to have been fixed in the latest update....

I made the mistake of updating a week or so ago and immediately began to experience Mal's issues.

will look for further updates ...
