Most comfy OW lounge at LHR?

It must be a long time since the Oneworld lounges at LHR were featured here because the search doesn't pick them up from the last couple years, at least.

The question is: what's the lounge to go to in London? I'd appreciate a bit of space & natural light, quiet and a good variety of food. Bonus points in my case if it's in T3.
I'd be entering as a QFF SG (OWS) but perhaps it's worth dropping hints also of WP / OWE lounges for future reference.

Having visited CX J the previous year it would still come out on top
