Has anyone successfully used this service where you claim the sales tax back on purchases made in Mexico? I travelled at Easter and departed PVR and completed all the paper work at the airport and still not received any money. At that time was advised it would take up to 45 days for the money to appear in my account.
I have sent 3 emails and completed the online form another 2 times MONEY BACK | To boost shopping & tourism the Mexican Government has iniciated a program to give 8.97% MONEYBACK# without any response.
Its only about $50, but interested to see if this is just a big scam or have other AFF members been able to receive the money ?
