Mobile phone stolen by house keeping, should I complain?

As the person who suffered actual financial loss, I'm a bit bitter with what's offered to others. I have had nothing more than a 'sorry but there is nothing more we can do' statement. Ohh, I forgot, I have been offered free alcoholic beverages, as long as I consume the said drinks during 5:30-7:30pm, at a lounge called the executive lounge. Now that's a comfort!

Maybe look at the IC or Sheraton as an alternative, both can be had on price beat offers that quickly add up to good dollars.
