With the release of the Apple iphone 8/8+, I've updated my table of 3G/4G/LTE frequencies by phone and by country (updated 17-Sep-2017).
I try to keep it updated as new phones come onto the market. (Mods may consider making it a "sticky").

Table above updated to include LTE frequencies for Apple iphone 7 and the new Google Pixel.

US AT&T should be :
LTE uses Band 17(700Mhz), Band 5(850Mhz), Band 2(1900Mhz), Band 4(1700/2100Mhz) currently.

Most China dual-SIM phones (eg. Xiaomi, ZTE, Elephone etc) are 1,3,7,38-41

But some models.
Eg. The Xiaomi Rredmi Note 3 Pro Special Edition (Kate) have more bands including 28.

This very useful Wiki contains a list of Android phones that can support 4g+3g (ie. Second sim will continue to work beyond 2g shutdowns)
