Astute readers would have noticed my hiatus as I built status on VA but I'm now back "in the fold again".
I usually check-in using the mobile check-in feature: not an App but the Mobile version of the QF Website accessed via my phone web browser.
The first thing I noticed on my return at the beginning of the month was that the check-in function no longer traverses the mobile pages - as it consistently did about 5 months ago - but seems to go through pages very similar to the standard web pages. I've done 4 return domestics this month and not one has had moble check-in work 100% for both sectors.
Again tonight, I tried to use mobile checkin in the cab to the airport and the function said something to the effect "Mobile Check-In Not Available, use Airport Check In". Querying my check-in status with the desk in the ADL QP "because the site has lied to me in the past when it's told me it can't check me in" had the response "Yes Mr BD, you're all checked in and ready to go - we're hearing a lot of problems with the App" ... well I'm not using the App but it is disappointing that something that worked so well (mobile check-in would allow Exit Row check-in when both NextGen and full website functionality wouldn't) is doing less so now it's been enhanced.
Anyone else having problems per the observation from the ADL QP desk?
