Well, I've booked two rooms this afternoon. Friends arrive form NY that day and I'm flying to our nation's de-facto capital, to meet them.
Days either side are around $150-200 per night!
Fully cancellable by me. I wonder if they might try the same. Rate still there as of 8pm

Just had a look. Price still same. for same dates...
That being said it is a 17 square metre shoebox.
Guess it depends on how many shoeboxes they can sell to cover base cost of business....then all higher rooms are pure profit for them.

But for one night, $25 is hard to be sneezed at.
That being said....$65 standard asking price is still cheap for this in Sydney, as long as pics are realistic.

Looks nicely appointed enough, at least based upon nice photography.
I note the more premium rooms are hardly bigger, except in price... hence my wondering how many Shoeboxes they run to cover costs.?

Depending on ur needs, location is a bit on the edges for convenience to city.

Like I said, for one night :-)

It's a pretty small boutique hotel.
Good bar and Chinese restaurant though

Only about 100m from Kings Cross station

Oh, hell I didn't realise the normal price was only $65 nor the tiny dimensions!
