Wondering if anyone knows a solution to the following?
I purchased 4 x QF gift vouchers back in September, and while I am pretty sure I received the email confirmations at the time, I can no longer find them. I can only assume I have somehow accidentally deleted the emails. My credit card statement shows the relevant transactions, and the description for each of them is "QANTAS081xx_xx_xx_x". In other words, each of them includes a distinct 13 digit reference number beginning with 081. To me, these numbers look like QF eticket numbers. I am guessing that when QF issues gift vouchers, it assigns not only a 6 digit PNR, but also a 13 digit eticket number.
Does anyone know if that's correct, and if so, is there any way to retrieve the PNR using the eticket number? The PNRs are required to use the gift vouchers on the QF website.
