Missing points claim not successful

Flew Hainan Airlines from PEK to TLV in April, and then Qatar Airways CAI to DOH, both economy revenue fares.

Attempted to claim for VA points as I have not credited them against any other airline's miles scheme, but have not been successful.

Have you had similar experiences?
