Probably a silly question but..

Like to know on a direct CNS to HKG return in J class with CP, does one receive FF points for mileage plus points from paying with a linked ANZ CC?.

If the card earns to QFF then yes, you would receive the appropriate amount of points for the purchase e.g. if the ticket was $5000 and earning was 1:1 per dollar spent then 5000 points received (depending on the terms of your earning), plus whatever number you earn for the flight. That's if I've understood the question.

How many Q mile points CNS to HKG return?.

Same would apply on a CP flight?

That's the idea. don't forget some points for the hotel booking and hire car.and maybe airport parking on the ANZ CC as well.

Assuming you mean CX (Cathay Pacific IATA code is CX), then its 1.25 Qantas FF points per flown mile. This is detailed on the Qantas FF web site under Earning Points for Flights.
