Middle East Airspace Diversions/Cancellations

Glad we cancelled our plans for a side trip to Tabuk in Saudi - via RUH - first Fly Dubai, then Houthis. Fingers crossed that it does not get too spicy in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Hopefully, but right now I can't imagine Iran is happy with the current status quo (they're starting to losing control of Hormuz right now, 70-80% of prewar oil is now flowing through it).

Thursday had an attack hit a plane at a gate with casualties and the attack on Saturday had little to no warning according to locals and they then saw the missile come in at the airport.

I don't understand Saudi's lack of action to retaliate against/ defend the attacks on its airspace. It is hugely armed from the US.
Perhaps we're seeing exactly how bad the anti ballistic missile stockpile state is right now.
