Mid Jan 22 JAL SYD to LHR via HND Questions/ANA lounge HND

Hey everyone,
I hope you all head a great weekend!

I have a return flight with JAL in Y to LHR booked mid Jan 22 ex SYD via HND on the 788 all the way there and the 77W/788 back and wanted to ask if anyone has taken this flight recently and how they found it.
I'm connecting on the 0245am flight to LHR so approx 7hrs in transit and wanted to know how the transit process went at the moment and if it was pretty easy and seamless.
I also have Priority pass and wanted to know if anyone has used the ANA lounge at HND recently on a JAL ticket as it says priority pass is now accepted at the ANA lounge. I did read an experience of this trip from one of the members here who travelled early November but wanted to hear from others please.
Any info or advice would be appreciated . The flights don't look very full at all.

Sounds like the transit in HND ended up to be longer?
