Hi

A question for those who know about the MH Enrich FF Program from someone who doesn't know anything about it.

My in-laws would like some assistance with upgrading their flights. So they are going to transfer points from Westpac Altitude to MH Enrich and then request the upgrades.

According to what I could find for myself, they are only allowed to upgrade their B class fares (their other V fares are excluded). So my questions are -

1. How many Enrich points do they need to upgrade from B to J for ADL-KUL return per person?

2. How likely is an upgrade for them?

3. What is the actual process that they need to follow?

Thanks for your assistance!

Will cost 30k enrich points from AKL to KUL each way...wo return will cost 60k points.

Chances of getting it depends on your time of travel. There's been some changes to the way Enrich operates...so best to call them and find out if there are any redemption seats available. Generally speaking, the earlier you book the better your chances.

Thanks for you reply but the flight is actually ADL-KUL and not AKL-KUL.

Can you reconfirm the number of points needed?

Thanks
