I think it actually works out to $1.80/SC:
- The quoted price is in USD so is actually $216AUD, and
- DPS/KUL in J earns 60SC each way (120 return)

Still a great deal though (as is any sub-$2/SC deal!), I paid that much for a one-way trip in September (on a A330 but I don't think they schedule them on the route anymore).

Just be wary that the Premier Lounge in DPS is nothing to write home about and the Satellite Lounge (including the First section for OWE) in KUL is closed for refurbishment until the end of January for those wanting to make the most of the experience...

I have a trip to Bali next year and since $1.32 per SC doesn't come around too often I have decided to take a side trip to Langkawi.

Don't think you can combine this with Amex because it must be in AUD and originate in Australia to qualify.
