For me, it usually takes 2-3 months for earned MH miles to show on my Enrich account.

I transferred some Amex points to Enrich and was advised by Amex it would take 2 business days. After a week of waiting, I emailed Enrich and so far no response after 2 weeks.

I have also advised Amex the 2 business days transfer is nonsense.

Poor form from Malaysia Airlines!

Gday

I did a transfer from Amex late last night and i just checked my Enrich account and they have already credited. Less than 24 hours. I did one a month ago and it took about 2 days.

Gday

Just did another and it came through in less than 48 hours. Did you get a resolution AndyMelb?

On another matter- in the past many people have said the Enrich phone number had hefty wait times and useless agents. I have called twice in the past month (i am zero status) and both times had no wait time and spoke to competent agents who resolved my query. I call between 2000- 0000 Sydney time. Not sure where the first person i spoke to was but the second bloke was located in Fiji.

The only reason there would be a delay in the transfer is if the name/account# didn't match.
Banks can transfer the points *instantly* if they want to - so any delay most likely has nothing to do with Enrich and everything to do with Amex.

Call Amex - they will know the status

Got the miles credited, it took 3 weeks.

Best of all, I got an email today from Enrich replying to my query, a month later and over a week since the miles were credited.
