So I've received my metal card which I had created as a supplementary card under my name and the name shown on the card is: "xx_X A/C". For those with supplementary cards, is this the usual naming convention to have "A/C" at the end?

Also I've added the supplementary card to my existing online services account but the supp card isn't shown separately as another card? Do supplementary cards usually come through as another card in online services so that you get separate offers to your main card?

Yes, the A/C is normal and does NOT count towards the four supplementary cards you're allowed. I had to create a separate login for my A/C card. It therefore shows as another card and get some of the offers.

Interesting. I have a supplementary card in my name (I assumed it was an A/C card), but it doesn’t show A/C on it anywhere. Perhaps mine isn’t an A/C card after all.

Anyway, it is added to my normal login and gets its own offers etc

Finally received my new metal PC card today (no thanks to DHL however).

Certainly a lot more upmarket than my old well used and beaten plastic card. Embassingly so...

The metal card is more than three times heavier than the plastic one.

I will use the actual card instead of Google Pay for the next week or so to give it a run.

I believe so. The idea is if you want to keep personal and business expenses separate (which is exactly how I use it).

It should show up within the app pretty quickly, but you need to actually have something charged to it before it will show up online via a browser.

The A/C card can be managed using the same online account as your base card.

However, the supp card in for your wife, for example, need a separate online account from her base card account should she has one. That is her base card in her own name and the supp card get from you cannot be managed under one online account.

I have two cards on my account under my name - doesn't have an A/C.

Before upgrading my main one to Metal, I had to go off the card number to determine which one to use (one is personal, the other gets my business expenses).

That's good to know.

Just to confirm that the her supps got from you can be managed in both of your online accounts, and in her account, she can manage her own base cards as well. Right?

If so, how long have you had this setup?

I've had a similar setup for about 2 years
My online account has:
4 primary 1 supp from my Charge, 1 supp from wife's Edge
Mrs andye has:
1 primary, 3 supps from my Charge, Edge and Reserve

You can only view tranactions and save offers on the supps, not manage the account as such

Rats. I only recently received a new card due to fraud, so don't really want to go through the faff of updating accounts with the new number again. Oh well!
