Award Flight Assist is a service offered by Frequent Flyer Solutions. Flight Search Assistance is offered by members on Australian Frequent Flyer. They are different in their scope/detail.

When and where did you send this communication? I note that the service offers a 2 business day turnaround, but I feel that is if you request a quote (I do not handle them).

Regarding pricing, I see from your other thread you are looking at using the Oneworld Classic Award to do something similar to a RTW trip. The Award Flight Assist page would suggest this is a multi-city or RTW flight and would cost $240, but may incur extra due to certain factors, as listed.

Thanks very much for that info, much appreciated. At least I now have an approx cost. (Think it may well be worth the price instead of going cross eyed myself!)

They give excellent service and lots of options, really eager and willing to find the best option for you. PS I don't work for them but have used them.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Sorry to be a nuisance 'administrator' but can you tell me if I should be posting One World Award questions on 'that thread' or am I unable to post on a 'sticky thread'? (Can't seem to see an option to do so??)

If a thread is closed then you will need to start a new thread, but I feel you may have worked out how to reply already.
