mel-mcy qff points inclusions on jetstar

Last year I booked flights through qantas using points to Sunshine Coast on Jetstar and had inclusion of 20K baggage and free seat selection - including the up front seats.

This year booked same thing and now only baggage included. Seat selection costs the same as if for a normal jetstar booking. I rang Qantas they knew nothing. Acted like the free seat selection never existed.

Would anyone know if the policy has changed or where I go to read about it?

Since the reduction in points I believe the conditions are classed as standard Jetstar product, ie no meals or seat selection.
