Interesting case. Doctor says fit to fly. Airline says 'no'. Second doctor confirms fit to fly. Airline charges passengers change fees and the difference in fare.

The passengers meekly accepted the change fees until they appealed via radio. They should have insisted the change fees were waived. The airline shouldn't have tried to charge change fees given they were ultimately overruled and the passenger was deemed ok to fly.
