Meal requests

I can't seem to be able to request a special meal when I go into my booking.
Flying Sydney to LA, I want to make sure my kids have kids meals

I noticed the same on a booking I have...the Australia - US sectors state 'Not available'. Kids meal is also not an option under special meals...so I suggest you need to call them and ask. Looking around though...I don't they offer kids meals at all.

I haven't flown with UA for over 10 years and now I'm remembering why.
I really enjoyed my last 8 or so flights to the USA with Virgin Australia and wish they didn't stop flying there. I don't really like the American options.
Guess I'll be taking a backpack full of food for the kiddos.
