Searched high and low, and used google  but couldnt find the answer I wanted ... so here I am!

Story goes like;-

SQ arrives into KUL @ 740pm, then I am considering connecting onto a LH flight at 930pm going to BKK.

Now, is this a legal MCT? and will SQ/LH allow interline bags through? And I assume a terminal change given SQ's have their own T3.

According to ITA Software Trip Planner SQ118 connecting to LH783 in KUL is a valid connection.

According to Singapore Airlines UK Travel Agent Portal SQ and LH have an existing interline agreement.

UK Travel Agent Portal said:
Singapore Airlines's IATA carrier code is SQ and we have interline agreements with LH (Lufthansa), BD (British Midlands), EI (Aer Lingus) and BA (British Airways).
The amount of information available on internet is amazing....

Big thanks for the info JohnK

Now its time to book ;) (now should I pay $175 rtn in Y or $487 rtn in J)

For those short hops I would go in WHY. Much better product than one would get on a LCC....
